Our service center is equipped with the most modern equipment of european manufacture. The equipment park includes 25 lines of the latest generation, which allow working with stainless steel rolls, sheets, tapes, pipes of all grades with any surface quality:

• 2 cut-to-length, high-speed lines provide wide range of coil processing up to 14 mm thickness;


• 2 slitting high-performance lines for narrow strip production up to 3.0 mm thick coils;


• 4 sheet & plate grinding lines, allow to grind and polish up to 45 mm thick heavy plates according to ordered roughness value;


• coil high-speed polishing line for coil surface processing up to 3.0 mm thickness;


• plasma cutting machine, up to 150 mm stainless plate tailored cut;


• a sheet leveling line with a maximum leveling thickness of 40.0 mm;


• an edge preparation line for welding with a maximum thickness of 60.0 mm;


• 6 lines for manufacturing high-quality electric welded pipes from various grades of stainless steel;


• laser cutting line for pipes to a given size;


• 4 lines for grinding round and profile electric welded pipes with specified surface roughness.

We guarantee the absolute quality, perfect flatness and geometry of the finished goods. We comply with the strict standards. The quality management system (QMS) is certified according to ISO requirements.
